New Feature: Shared Evacuation Lists
With Anghello's new shared evacuation list feature, you can now instantly send the list of visitors to evacuate to specific recipients via email or SMS as soon as an evacuation is triggered in the Anghello application. This feature aims to improve responsiveness and coordination during emergency situations.
Recipient Configuration
In the configuration settings of each site, you can add recipient email addresses for the evacuation list.
You can also add phone numbers to receive the list via SMS, for quick and efficient communication even if the recipients are not in front of their computers.
Shared Evacuation List vs Dynamic Evacuation List
Here are some clarifications on sharing evacuation lists:
Shared Evacuation List
The shared evacuation list is the list that is automatically sent via email or SMS to identified recipients as soon as an evacuation is triggered. It contains the information of the visitors present on the site at the time of the alert. This list allows recipients to track in real-time the visitors to evacuate or already evacuated, but it does not allow them to mark/flag them as "evacuated" or "to be evacuated".
It is designed for quick consultation and to ensure that all stakeholders are immediately informed of the situation, even if they do not have an Anghello user account.
Interactive Evacuation List
The Interactive Evacuation List offers an additional functionality: real-time marking of visitors as "evacuated" or "to be evacuated". Accessible only to users with an Anghello account for the organization concerned by the evacuation, this list allows for dynamic tracking and precise management of evacuation operations.
The shared evacuation list is sent to all contacts. However, if the recipient has an Anghello account for your organization, they can directly access the interactive evacuation list to mark evacuated individuals.
With these new options, Anghello continues to strive for improving visitor management and site security in case of emergencies.
