December 2024 - Anghello Product Updates
To close 2024 on a high note, here are some improvements inspired by your feedback that we've added to Anghello, your digital visitor management solution.
1. Configurable Company Field
The Company field now fully adapts to your needs: required, optional, or disabled — you decide based on your check-in processes.
This customization is applied per site, just like the Contact Person field.
→ Head over to the site configuration settings, under the Form Fields tab.
2. Help Labels for Custom Fields
To enhance your visitors’ experience, you can now add help labels to your custom fields.
These labels are translatable for your international visitors, ensuring a seamless check-in experience with your digital visitor register.

3. Visit Duration Display
We’ve redesigned the visit details interface to improve traceability.
The duration of each visit is now displayed directly, giving you better oversight of visitor activity.

4. Visitor Check-out Mode
Based on your feedback, we’ve added an indicator for the check-out method:
- By the visitor,
- By a user (e.g., the receptionist) via the Anghello dashboard,
- Or automatically, thanks to the scheduled auto-check-out feature.
→ This display is available in the visitor list and the visit details panel.
5. Custom Data in the API
On the technical side, our Client API has been upgraded!
You can now retrieve data from custom fields in the visitor-related endpoints—a much-requested feature that’s now available to seamlessly integrate visitor register data into your other business tools.
Additionally, a changelog has been added to the API documentation to keep you informed of all updates.
